Site Supervisor - Modular & Residential Construction

$125,000 - $145,000 + Super + Vehicle + Full Travel Expenses & Allowances

Are you an experienced Residential Site Supervisor looking for a change from the brutal day-to-day grind of a traditional, muddy building site? Do you love the idea of managing multiple projects with minimal on-site micro-management, while hitting the open road with all your travel, food, and accommodation completely paid for?

Our client is a leading, highly respected innovator in the modular and prefabricated residential construction space. Due to solid growth, they are looking for a unique Site Supervisor to manage 4 to 6 projects simultaneously across an expansive regional footprint.

Why This Role is Different (and Better!)

This is not your typical, standard site supervisor role. You won't be standing on a single site all day watching frames go up.

The company builds their premium homes to completion inside a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. Once ready, a dedicated, highly skilled subcontracted installation team transports and completely assembles the home on-site.

Your role is the critical strategic link, requiring only roughly 3 key visits per project, focusing on:

1. Initial Site Meeting: Setting expectations and launching the project successfully.
2. Post-Construction Handover:



Conducting the final sign-off with the clients.
3. Defects & Warranty: Managing the final touch-ups to ensure absolute client satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For?

Because this role covers a broad geographical area - stretching from Ballina (NSW) up to Bundaberg (QLD) - the right person must be completely comfortable with travel and regular nights away from home during the week.

- Residential Experience: A proven track record as a Site Supervisor within residential housing or the modular/prefab construction sector.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong customer-facing skills with a natural ability to liaise seamlessly between clients, contractors, and internal office teams.
- Licensing: A QBCC Site Supervisor license is highly desired, though not strictly mandatory for the right candidate.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Great organization skills to manage 4-6 builds at various stages of the handover process.
