About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, full-time Centre Manager with a strong background in early education to manage the day‑to‑day operations of the centre. The Centre Manager will oversee daily management tasks, lead and inspire a team of educators, and ensure all activities align with the service philosophy, company policies, the National Quality Standards (NQS), and regulatory requirements.

The role requires acting as the first point of call for families and the local community, building strong relationships to create an exceptional service for families in the surrounding suburbs.

- At least 2 years of experience in a Centre Manager role.
- Ability to inspire the team to achieve an exceeding service.

Essential Criteria

- Diploma in ECEC or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA).
- Current Working with Children’s Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain.
- Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training or willingness to obtain.Ability to make business decisions and manage assigned budgets.
- Motive team player who can work well independently.
- Availability to travel to Victoria for a Centre Manager workshop with other managers and the Operations Team.
