Working as part of a small, supportive finance team, you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting activities, from transactional processing and reconciliations through to statutory reporting support, fixed assets, compliance obligations, and month‑end close activities.
This position is ideal for an accounting qualified with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys being hands‑on, takes ownership of their work, and is looking to further develop their skills within a multinational environment.

Working as part of a small, supportive finance team, you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting activities, from transactional processing and reconciliations through to statutory reporting support, fixed assets, compliance obligations, and month‑end close activities.
This position is ideal for an accounting professional with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys being hands‑on, takes ownership of their work, and is looking to further develop their skills within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, including supplier invoices, payment runs, and credit card reconciliations
- Process accounts receivable transactions and assist with collection activities
- Manage daily banking activities and prepare bank reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Process journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities
- Prepare and assist with BAS lodgements and FBT reporting requirements
- Support cash flow reporting and finance administration activities
- Assist with external audit requirements and statutory compliance obligations
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis for management
- Develop, review, and maintain Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure corporate policies, internal controls, and finance procedures are followed
- Work with stakeholders to improve accounts payable processes, controls, and reporting
- Support SAP Finance (FI) processes and data integrity
- Provide general finance and administrative support as required
What you will bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CA or CPA studies commenced, or a willingness to undertake professional qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Experience supporting month‑end close activities and BAS preparation
- Strong SAP FI experience (essential)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
