Job Overview

We are recruiting Food & Beverage Supervisors for the RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort, commencing in March 2026 with an expected start date of May 2026.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and train F&B; attendants, ensuring service standards are met.
- Provide professional, efficient, and tailored service to all guests.
- Take reservations, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and coffee.
- Assist with rostering, section allocation, and staff training.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints proactively.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies.
- Support daily operations including cashiering, stock control, and closing duties.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resorts, with supervisory experience.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.




- Barista and cocktail‑making skills essential.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- RSA and Approved Manager’s Licence required.
- Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster including weekends and public holidays.
