About the Role

Position: Executive Assistant to the Executive Principal

Employment Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

Employment Start Date - Immediate start





FTE/Time Fraction – 1.0 FTE (38 hours per week)

Christian College Geelong is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide confidential, high-level executive, administrative and governance support to the Executive Principal. Reporting directly to the Executive Principal, this pivotal role serves as the primary point of coordination for executive operations, ensuring the effective management of schedules, communications, meetings, governance processes and strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Executive Principal, exercising sound judgement, maintaining absolute confidentiality, and building strong professional relationships across the College community. This role also provides support for Board and governance activities, executive-level events, stakeholder engagement and whole-of-College initiatives. Attendance at Board meetings, including Saturday morning meetings during term, and after-hours College events will be required.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this role, please address the following criteria in your application. Your responses should contain relevant examples:

Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support in a complex and fast-paced environment, including diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination and executive administration.

Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and proactively anticipate and respond to the needs of senior leaders.

Experience preparing skilled reports, presentations, agendas, briefing papers and accurate meeting minutes.

Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity and sound professional judgement.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders, Board members, staff, families and external stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams,



OneNote and SharePoint.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise initiative and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
