At Myhealth, we're excited to introduce a newly created Senior Manager Practice Management to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, commercial performance and outstanding patient experiences across our national network.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a highly influential leadership role responsible for leading our State and Area Managers, translating strategy into action, and ensuring our clinics deliver exceptional financial, operational and people outcomes.

About the role

This role has a company-wide mandate to drive the performance of both our wholly owned and partner clinics by maximising EBITDA, strengthening operational capability and building high-performing leadership teams.

You will lead, coach and develop a team of experienced operational leaders while partnering with Local Partners, General Practitioners and Support Centre teams to deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of State and Area Managers.
- Drive operational excellence and financial performance across a national network of GP clinics.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability, clinic performance and sustainable growth.
- Monitor portfolio performance, budgets and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Build strong relationships with Local Partners,



General Practitioners and key stakeholders to drive engagement and performance.
- Ensure consistent implementation of practice management plans, governance and compliance standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support the successful integration of newly acquired clinics.
- Partner with the Executive team to deliver strategic business objectives and operational outcomes.

What we're looking for:

- 10+ years experience in healthcare operations, including leading multi-site teams.
- Proven experience leading leaders and building high-performing management teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls;, budgets and driving EBITDA performance.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with General Practitioners, Local Partners and senior stakeholders.
- Experience translating strategy into operational plans and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- A track record of leading organisational change, continuous improvement and business growth.
- A cooperative, data-driven approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Desirable:

- Experience working within Australian primary healthcare, General Practice or a healthcare network environment.
- Experience partnering with independent healthcare providers, Local Partners or medical practitioners.
- Exposure to healthcare accreditation frameworks,



governance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations or large-scale operational change.
- Understanding of digital health solutions and evolving models of primary care delivery.
- Experience using data and insights to drive operational and commercial decisions.
