Continue your freight forwarding career with a boutique Freight Forwarder who is based in the Southern suburbs.

The Position

- Manage the import/export processes for sea and air freight from start to finish

- Monitor and report cargo status from origin to delivery

- Resolve any potential service issues

- Liaise extensively with overseas and local offices, internal departments and carriers

- Deliver exceptional customer service through attention to detail and strong time management

The Requirements

- Proven freight forwarding operations experience - essential 3+years

- Operational knowledge using Cargowise preferred (not essential)

- Understanding of import/export processes including customs requirements and transport co-ordination

- Do you have strong attention to detail and like working in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Enjoy working for a boutique forwarder
