The role focuses on managing complex cases, delivering statutory assessments, and guiding junior staff to ensure high-quality safeguarding practice. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Duty and Assessment, Child Protection and safeguarding legislation, with proven assessment and reporting skills and a full UK driving
