We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of highly complex, large-scale warehouse automation and material handling system (MHS) projects.

Based in Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane, you will play a key role in delivering strategically critical projects for major clients across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Operating in a fast-paced, technically sophisticated environment, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with advanced automation technologies and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. This is a hands-on,



delivery-focused role where you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from contract award through to commissioning, customer acceptance, and final handover.

- Full ownership of the project delivery phase, from contract review through to final handovern
- Reviewing contracts to define scope, milestones, and key deliverablesn
- Leading development and management of integrated project schedules (critical path focus)n
- Bringing together internal and external stakeholders to align on scope of works and execution strategyn
- Managing project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial performancen
- Identifying and managing unallocated costs, variations, and commercial risksn
- Driving procurement, supplier commitments, and project supply chain performancen
- Overseeing subcontractor engagement, performance, and sign-off for invoicingn
- Leading risk management, change management, and issue resolutionn
- Managing project challenges including delays, scope changes, and extensions of timen
- Supporting FAT, SAT, commissioning, and customer acceptance testingn
- Acting as the key client-facing lead, ensuring expectations are managed and metn

- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplinen
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex engineering, automation, or MHS projectsn
- Background in MHS, warehouse automation, FMCG, high-speed packaging, or integrated engineering environmentsn
- Strong understanding of system layouts, design intent, and integration complexityn




- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environmentsn
- Solid commercial acumen across contracts, budgets, variations, and cost controln
- Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project or similar PM software)n
- Ability to interpret AutoCAD layouts and system designsn
- Solid reporting, communication, and stakeholder presentation skillsn
- Willingness to travel to customer sites locally and interstaten
