8:6 FIFO Role | Senior Project Exploration Geologist

We're seeking a Senior Project Exploration Geologist to join our site-based Exploration Geology Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled geologist who thrives on interpreting complex geological systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to world-class exploration and ISR resource development.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the team, you will:

- Interpret geological and geophysical datasets to understand uranium mineralisation systems, particularly roll-front deposits within data-rich environments.
- Partner with geologists, geophysicists, and drilling teams to develop and refine subsurface models, transforming data into meaningful exploration insights.
- Support the development, enhancement, and validation of In Situ Recovery (ISR) resource models
- Contribute to a diverse range of technical initiatives, including drill program design, research projects, and continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct thorough QA/QC reviews of downhole data, core logging, drill chips, and geochemical samples to ensure geological accuracy and consistency.




- Interpret downhole geophysical datasets, with opportunities to utilise PFN technology for uranium distribution mapping and resource estimation.
- Ensure all exploration, drilling, and infrastructure activities are conducted in accordance with safety, environmental, and cultural heritage requirements.

About You You're an experienced geologist with a passion for discovery, strong technical capability, and the confidence to guide projects from concept through to delivery.

In addition to a tertiary qualification in Geology, you will ideally bring:

- Proficiency in geological and GIS software including QGIS, WellCad, Micromine, and Leapfrog.
- Experience with analytical and data tools such as Power Apps, Power Query, and R scripting.
- Strong geological interpretation skills, including: Excellent analytical, planning, report writing, and communication skills.
- The ability to provide technical leadership and support while delivering successful project outcomes.
- Flexibility and willingness to work remotely and occasionally away from the mine site.
