As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects across our organisation. You’ll work closely with clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission. This is a full-time, Maximum Term (12-month) role based at our Bowen Hills Office in Brisbane.

Some intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of the people we support. The salary will be determined according to the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in energetic environments and is passionate about community impact. You’ll:





- Have strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Be a strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities - Be skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments - Offer an adaptable, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a tea - Provide a dedicated approach to continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality outcomes - Hold a relevant project management certification (tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field is highly regarded).
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools You will need to hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and pass a National Police History Check.
