Senior Project Manager required who has robust Human Resources project experience in financial services.

This role is 12 month contract driving HR business initiatives.

Skill required:

- Accountable for defining delivery plans and manage execution against plan, optimising sequence in line with prioritisation, resource capacity, capability and other constraints. Facilitate option assessments, trade-off conversations and impact assessments as required.
- Demonstrated experience and track record in leading multiple projects with budget.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate routines for internal project interaction, governance, and decision making within program, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support, analysis, and documentation for regular Project reporting (status, risks/issues, dependencies, capacity).

Experience required:

- Human Resources experience is required for this role around organisational design, strategy, HR systems
- Delivery of complex solutions across business and technology
- Managing project budgets, project plans, project milestones
- JIRA experience is required.
