About Us

We are a specialist façade subcontractor delivering aluminium windows and doors, structural glazing, balustrades, skylights, and curtain wall systems across major NSW residential and commercial developments. Due to continued project growth, we are seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to own façade packages from contract execution through to defects liability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of façade packages across all trades (Al windows, balustrades, glazing, curtain wall, skylights).
- Develop and monitor project programmes aligned to head contractor milestones.
- Coordinate design documentation and DBP Act compliance declarations.
- Administer subcontract correspondence, progress claims, variations, and EOT notices.
- Monitor project costs and manage procurement and fabrication scheduling.
- Lead site supervisors, installation crews, and secondary subcontractors.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 5 years' project management experience in façade, structural glazing,



aluminium windows and doors, balustrades, skylights, and curtain wall systems.
- Proven track record delivering mid-to-large residential or commercial projects.
- Solid understanding of subcontract administration, security of payment legislation, and DBP/RAB Act obligations.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards and National Construction Code (NCC).
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Solid communicator with the ability to manage head contractor and consultant relationships.
- Current NSW driver's licence.
