Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 140 properties
- Long-standing owners
- Portfolios are capped so that you can properly service your landlords
- Dedicated VA for admin support
- No VCAT cases since 2024 - spotless portfolio!
About You
- 3+ years of Property Management experience
- VIC Agents Rep Certificate
- Avalid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
