Who Are We Looking For?

We’re currently seeking a Senior Employment Litigation & Disputes Lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team on a 9–12 month contract (ASAP start) .

This role will see you working at the forefront of regulatory activity and whistleblower matters , supporting a well-established international consulting company.

Based ideally in Sydney (with Melbourne also considered) , this is a fantastic chance to take on meaningful, high-impact work in a dynamic and evolving environment.

What we're looking for?

- 10+ years’ PQE in employment litigation and disputes




- Experience gained in a top-tier law firm (strong preference), or ex top-tier now in-house
- Operating at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level
- Strong expertise in litigation, disputes, and regulatory matters, ideally with exposure to whistleblower issues
- Ability to manage complex, sensitive matters, including reputational risk
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence partnering across the business
- A proactive, pragmatic mindset with the ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
