Vow is seeking an experienced Counsel/Senior Counsel to provide parental leave cover on a fixed-term contract from Oct 2026 to July 2027. You will deliver day-to-day legal support across Commercial, Regulatory and IP to keep matters moving while the permanent Counsel is on leave.
This hands-on generalist role requires Australian admission to practice, 5+ PQE, and proven ability to draft and negotiate NDAs, supply agreements, MTAs and customer contracts, with external counsel as needed.
