TheCompensation & Benefits Leadis accountable for shaping and evolving theorganisation’sreward strategy across Australia and New Zealand, ensuringremunerationand benefits frameworks are competitive, commercially aligned, and fit for purpose.

This role acts as a trusted subject matter expert to senior leaders, People Partners, and the broader People & Capability function,providinghigh-quality advice onremuneration,benefitsand governance. It ensures reward decisions effectively support attraction,retention,and performance, whilemaintaininga strong focus on equity, risk management, and legislative compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide reward frameworks
- Own job architecture, evaluationmethodologiesand pay structures
- Providedata-ledremunerationinsights using market benchmarking
- Partner with leaders on complex pay positioning and equity issues
- Oversee annualremunerationcycles and incentive frameworks
- Ensure alignment with Awards, EAobligationsand regulatory compliance
- Analysereward effectiveness andoptimiseprogram outcomes
- Embed reward governance,controlsand decision-making frameworks

Skills & Experience:

- Tertiary qualified withsignificant experiencein enterprise reward functions
- Deepexpertiseinremunerationbenchmarking, marketdataand pay positioning
- Advanced capability in job architecture, evaluation frameworks (e.g.Mercer/Hay)and salary structures
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work, Awards, EnterpriseAgreementsand reward governance
- Highly commercial, data-led advisor with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
