Woodworking Tools Retail Assistant (Full Time)

Timbecon is looking for a Retail & Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Balcatta! This unique role blends customer service and warehouse operations, making it ideal for someone with a background in tool sales, hardware, or woodworking.

About the Role

- Assist customers in-store, providing advice on woodworking tools and machinery.
- Process sales and orders, helping customers find the right solutions.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain store and warehouse organisation, helping to keep stock levels in check.

What We’re Looking For

- Retail or customer service experience in tools, hardware, or woodworking (highly desirable).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for woodworking and helping others (bonus!).
