The role

- Varied paediatric NDIS/private caseload with the support of a well-established multidisciplinary team
- Clinic based role in Newcastle
- Deliver high-quality OT assessments, intervention and report writing aligned to best practice
- Supported diary structure with dedicated admin time
- KPI expectations are achievable and transparent,



with a balanced focus across client delivery, documentation and leadership
- For senior clinicians: built-in time for clinical leadership including supervision, mentoring, case reviews and project work
- Participate in regular supervision, peer learning and internal training - plus access to external PD opportunities

Requirements:

- Full Australian working rights
- AHPRA registration
- WWCC
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 1+ year postgraduate experience
