Undergraduate Clinical Support Nurse RN Grade 3B – Year 1 (Multiple Casual Positions) | Cabrini Malvern | $55.31 per hour

Responsibilities

- Facilitate high‑quality clinical placements for undergraduate nursing and midwifery students by promoting evidence‑based practice, enquiry and reflective learning.
- Support preceptors and clinical staff to provide meaningful learning experiences that develop students' knowledge, clinical skills and professional practice.
- Act as a positive professional role model, supporting students throughout their clinical placement journey.
- Build and maintain cooperative relationships with Clinical Preceptors, the Clinical Educator (Undergraduate) and higher education providers to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Provide pre‑placement and ongoing support to students and preceptors, including performance feedback and remediation as required.
- Maintain full‑time availability is preferred; a minimum of three days per week is ideal.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing qualifications.
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA Victorian.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current TAE40116 – Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent, or working towards).




- Current unrestricted registration as Registered Nurse with NMBA.
- Demonstrated advanced acute nursing experience and ability to practice in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation of clinical learning.
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preceptorship experience, including the provision of performance feedback and remediation processes.
