You will operate as a senior technical leader, combining hands‑on delivery with architecture ownership and pre‑sales solutioning. While this role aligns to a principal‑level capability, we are open to individuals who may have taken different paths to get there — particularly those with strong architectural thinking, curiosity, and a desire to grow.

- Operate as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities including:
- Technical inputs to proposals and estimates

- Customer presentations and bids
- Support the shaping of solutions that align to customer outcomes and Atturra capabilities

Quality & Security Ownership

- Ensure solutions meet defined quality standards and architectural guardrails
- Identify and mitigate technical and security risks early in the delivery lifecycle
- Support the growth and maturity of the Service Now practice through:
- Development of reusable assets and architectural patterns
- Coaching and mentoring of consultants and developers
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Working Conditions

- Permanent full time or contract
- Open to all major locations e.g., Sydney/Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth

Success Attributes

- Strong experience working on the Service Now platform in an architect or lead technical role
- Ability to balance architecture leadership with hands‑on delivery
- Experience working in customer‑facing consulting environments
- Robust facilitation skills for requirements and co‑design workshops

- Security, performance, and scalability
- Ability to design solutions that connect workflows across enterprise systems and functions
