Fantastic Furniture in Mackay is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and drive business growth. Reporting to the Retail Business Leader, you will coach the team, optimise rostering, and manage costs while ensuring a first-class customer experience.

You will support training, promote safety, and foster a high-performing culture that aligns with our values. Previous retail leadership is preferred, and Cert III Retail or equivalent may be pursued.
