The Role
As the Dev Ops Lead, you will provide technical leadership and guidance across our Digital & Technology teams, helping to establish and mature Dev Ops practices that enable effective, secure, and reliable technology delivery.
Working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders, you will drive the adoption of CI/CD capabilities, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives while balancing delivery outcomes with operational excellence, security, compliance, and sustainability.
Act as the technical authority for Tas Water’s Dev Ops platform, practices and standards, providing direction and assurance across the digital delivery environment.
Lead the Dev Ops strategy and roadmap balancing consistency, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align Dev Ops initiatives with organisational goals and priorities.
Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance, security, and governance requirements are met.
