Executive Assistant To Founder — Part-Time (Mon–Thu) COLLECT4U Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia

Safe Pay Smiles is looking for a sharp, trustworthy Executive Assistant to the founder to take ownership of admin across both our business and personal life. This is a true all‑rounder role for someone who runs their own race, gets things done, and doesn't need to be managed closely.

You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving — paying bills, running the household and business calendars, booking flights and travel, and handling whatever ad‑hoc admin lands on the desk. You’ll be trusted with sensitive information and financial accounts, so discretion and reliability are non‑negotiable.

What you’ll do

- Pay bills and handle routine financial admin across business and household accounts
- Manage and coordinate the household and business calendars
- Book flights, accommodation and travel logistics end‑to‑end
- Take care of ad‑hoc admin as it comes in
- Manage email and correspondence, and draft clear communications
- Keep records,



files and systems organised and up to date
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers on our behalf

What we’re after

- At least 3 years prior experience in similar type role
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- A genuine self‑starter who takes initiative and ownership
- Exceptionally trustworthy and discreet Low‑maintenance and resilient — you just get the job done
- Confident with calendars, email, banking portals and booking sites

The details

Part‑time: 20 hours/week, Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–2:00pm

In‑office on the Gold Coast — this is not a remote or work‑from‑home role

Background and reference checks will apply given the trust involved
