Opportunity

In this full‐time permanent role you will be based at RAAF Base Tindal and work in a structured training and development program. The position offers a payment structure made up of base, superannuation, overtime, penalties and allowances. You will secure key projects ensuring stable and consistent work with a focus on growth.

Working Hours

The role includes day, afternoon and night shifts. Night shifts are primarily during exercise periods (around three months a year) and are 8 hours with a paid 20‐minute break. Typical shifts are:

- Day: 6am to 3pm
- Afternoon: 3pm to 11pm (20% loading on ordinary hours)
- Night: 11pm to 7am (30% loading on ordinary hours)

Duties

- Safely operate and manage aviation and/or ground fuel installations in line with compliance requirements.
- Monitor and maintain fuel quality through regular sampling and testing.
- Ensure fuel quality, compliance,



volume and availability using systems such as JFIMS and SCADA.

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence (Health and Safety or Hazardous Chemicals desirable but not essential at entry).
- Australian citizenship and ability to pass a police check.
