You’ll work alongside the Head chef and be required to run thekitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant Venue, which serves bistro style food plus full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.

About you

- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
