We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and be part of a large-scale transformation program focused on delivering impactful business and digital outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work with business leaders, delivery teams, and stakeholders to shape product strategy, drive innovation, and improve end-to-end customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will act as the link between business and delivery teams, ensuring products and initiatives deliver measurable value to users and stakeholders. You will lead discovery activities, prioritise opportunities, and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business objectives, customer needs, processes, and supporting technology
- Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Lead discovery and solution design activities to identify and validate opportunities for improvement
- Prioritise initiatives and manage product backlogs based on customer impact, business value, and delivery feasibility.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, product owners, designers, architects, and business leaders to achieve product outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across people, process, technology, and information capabilities.
- Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of strategic transformation initiatives and capability uplift programs.




- Foster collaboration across teams to optimise shared capabilities and avoid duplication of effort.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering business and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong product planning, roadmap development, backlog management, and prioritisation experience.
- Ability to translate organisational priorities and customer needs into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Experience leading discovery, problem definition, and solution validation activities.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, systems, data flows, and architectural considerations.
- Demonstrated success balancing customer needs, business objectives, and delivery constraints

Must Have

- Experience within large enterprise or government environments.
- Experience delivering complex change, transformation, or digital programs.
- Eligibility to obtain or hold a Baseline Security Clearance
