We’re now seeking a Technology Project Manager to join us on a 12-month contract and help shape the next chapter of our technology transformation.

In this role you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft Fabric program, while also stepping in to lead other IT and Digital projects as required. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and strong delivery discipline to a fast-moving, multi-brand environment, working closely with business teams, IT, Data & Analytics, and external partners to keep projects on track and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft Fabric implementation, including migration of key capabilities and delivery of new data and analytics solutions.
- Establish and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, governance, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, Data & Analytics, and external implementation partners.
- Manage project scope, change requests, supplier performance, and stakeholder expectations to ensure delivery remains on track.
- Step in to lead additional IT and Digital projects as required, including projects that may need recovery or stronger governance.
- Provide clear and timely project reporting to senior stakeholders, including progress against milestones, budget, risks, and outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, executive updates, and decision-making forums.
- Identify and manage risks early, with clear mitigation plans and proactive problem solving.
- Drive accountability across internal teams and suppliers to ensure commitments are met.




- Support continuous improvement in project delivery practices, governance, and reporting standards.

Our perfect candidate will have

- Proven experience delivering complex technology projects end-to-end, ideally within IT, Digital, data, BI, or analytics environments.
- Strong project governance fundamentals, including project plans, RAID logs, change control, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across business teams, internal technology teams, and external suppliers.
- Strong vendor and implementation partner management experience, with the confidence to manage scope, performance, and escalation.
- The ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment, bringing structure and clarity with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- A proactive, outcome‑focused approach, with the ability to cut through complexity and drive delivery to completion.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, data platform migration, AI, or data modernisation programs will be highly regarded.
- Experience in retail, QSR, franchise, or multi‑site operational environments will be advantageous.
- Formal project management or Agile certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum Master, will also be highly regarded.
