About the role

On-site at our recent Kemps Creek facility, this role is the primary technical resource for SAP Business One, Produmex WMS and associated business systems. The work balances day-to-day system support with continuous improvement — and includes hands‑on support across the site and working alongside our in‑house IT team.

What you'll be doing

- Administering and supporting SAP Business One and Produmex WMS
- Troubleshooting application, inventory, warehouse and transaction issues across the business
- Identifying and delivering process improvements, system enhancements and automation
- Developing SQL Server objects, SAP B1 transaction notifications and custom solutions using Boyum B1UP and Crystal Reports
- Building and maintaining operational and management reports
- Supporting integrations, EDI and new business onboarding
- Delivering ERP/WMS projects end to end — design, testing, deployment, training and documentation
- Supporting warehouse staff on the floor and assisting the in‑house IT team where needed

What we’re looking for

- Hands‑on SAP Business One experience — this is the core requirement




- WMS experience (Produmex or similar); P3 highly regarded
- Crystal Reports
- Systems integration experience
- Strong communicator — this role works across warehouse, production, finance and IT
- Comfortable on‑site and on the floor, not just behind a desk
