The Role

This is a position for a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to report directly to a people focused business leader who cares about their staff. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

The Role;

- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 150 properties
- NO Routines, No Trust accounting!
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Work for a family friendly business that genuinely cares about their staff

The awards and benefits:

The ideal Property Manager:

- Minimum 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
