As our Senior Retoucher / Head of Retouching, you'll become the technical leader of our retouching team. This is a predominantly hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time producing premium imagery while also mentoring other retouchers, refining our editing standards and helping shape the future of our post-production department.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced retoucher to take the next step in their career by becoming the technical leader of our post-production team. Working closely with our Production Manager, photographers and administration team, you'll be responsible for ensuring every image consistently reflects our editing standards.





This is first and foremost a hands-on retouching role. You'll spend the majority of your time editing images, while also helping develop our editing standards, mentoring other retouchers and ensuring consistent quality across all work produced by the studio.

Key Responsibilities

- Professionally retouch real estate photography and corporate portrait images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge.
- Maintain and continually improve our editing standards and style guide.
- Ensure consistent editing standards across all in-house and freelance retouching support.
- Train, mentor and provide technical guidance to other retouchers.
- Perform quality assurance and maintain premium image quality across all projects.
- Work closely with photographers to achieve the highest possible image quality.
- Recommend and implement improvements to editing techniques and workflows.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive and quality-focused studio culture.

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys producing exceptional work and helping others do the same.

You'll ideally bring

- At least 5 years' professional retouching experience.
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge skills.
- Experience retouching real estate photography.




- A strong understanding of colour, composition, lighting and visual presentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other creatives is desirable, but we're equally interested in experienced senior retouchers ready to step into a technical leadership role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative approach and positive attitude.

Remuneration Salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skills, experience and demonstrated ability.
