RMC Track & Civil is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our growing Queensland operations. As part of Railtrain Holdings Group (RHG) and the GenusPlus Group, we continue to deliver quality rail infrastructure services across Queensland.
As a Senior Supervisor with RMC Track & Civil, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, reliable and high-quality rail infrastructure projects across Queensland. You'll lead experienced crews, work on a diverse range of maintenance, renewals and construction activities, and contribute to projects that keep Australia's rail network moving.
You'll be supported by a team that values safety, teamwork and continuous improvement, with opportunities to develop your leadership skills and build a long-term career within Railtrain Holdings Group (RHG), backed by GenusPlus Group.

Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience supervising rail infrastructure or track crews
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Construction White Card / General Construction Induction
- Certificate II & III in Rail Infrastructure
- Current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card
- QR SARC and WET competencies
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Strong commitment to safety, leadership and quality outcomes
Job Responsibilities
- Lead rail track crews across maintenance, renewals and construction activities
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to required standards
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site safety activities
- Coordinate daily work activities and crew resources
- Complete required site documentation and reporting
- Promote a strong safety culture and support team performance
