Key Responsibilities
- Management of strata schemes – Mixed portfolio of Resi, commercial BMC - Overseeing Schedule B appointments across approximately 45% of buildings - Attending and facilitating AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings - Building and maintaining solid relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders - Managing client enquiries, issues and dispute resolution - Working closely with dedicated strata assistants to ensure seamless portfolio management - Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice About You:
