We invest heavily in modernising our technology stack to provide a seamless digital experience across front-, middle-, and back-office functions. Our collaborative teams span Australia, offshore locations, and international offices, delivering major projects in an agile workplace.

You will join a cross-functional team of 50-60 people, including multiple Scrum teams, working with large institutional clients. The role offers exposure to complex trading and corporate actions workflows, large-scale system integrations, and opportunities to influence delivery across both technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis for multi-asset trading, order management, corporate actions, settlement, custody, and regulatory reporting workflows
- Engage with clients to gather and document business objectives and detailed requirements, turning them into user stories and technical specifications
- Translate BA deliverables into actionable requirements for Scrum Teams, including developers, testers, and product owners




- Support front-, middle-, and back-office processes such as equities, fund trading, corporate actions, stock loss management, and superannuation investment optimisation
- Define API and database integration requirements, leveraging tools such as Swagger, Postman, and SQL
- Support technical product development, including UI design input, test coverage, and operational readiness
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for internal teams and clients
- Assist Product Owners with release planning, backlog prioritisation, and delivery coordination
- Act as BA support or cover for Scrum Master when required
- Ensure compliance with trade execution, reporting, and operational controls

Essential Skills, Experience & Attributes

- Strong technical skills: API integration, Swagger, Postman, SQL, UI understanding
- Trading domain expertise: equities, funds, corporate actions, stock loss, superannuation/trading optimisation
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience with excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Ability to translate requirements into user stories and collaborate closely with Scrum Teams
- Comfortable working with high-volume trading platforms and complex business rules
- Client-facing experience with ability to influence outcomes and support sales-oriented discussions

Desirable

- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies or teams
- Ability to design or influence UI workflows
- Knowledge of AI and emerging fintech solutions
- Exposure to international trading and multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
