Senior Technology Officer - AV | Adelaide (CBD) | 12 Months Contract

Are you an experienced AV, video conferencing, or unified communications professional looking for a role where your work directly supports critical public services?

We are seeking a Senior Technology Officer to join a highly skilled technology team responsible for the management, support, and continuous improvement of a large-scale audio visual and video conferencing workplace spanning multiple government agencies. This position supports more than 200 video conferencing facilities and plays a key role in ensuring reliable, high-quality collaboration services.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the support, maintenance, fault resolution, and enhancement of enterprise video conferencing and AV solutions.
- Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across hardware, software, networking, and collaboration technologies.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and ensure service levels are consistently achieved.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and service providers to deliver technology outcomes.
- Contribute to technology projects, upgrades, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to colleagues and contractors as required.





What We're Looking For ✔ Strong experience supporting enterprise video conferencing, collaboration, and audiovisual environments

✔ Expertise in troubleshooting complex hardware, software, networking, and communication technologies

✔ Experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and large-scale conferencing platforms

✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills

✔ Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes

Experience with Cisco Collaboration , TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) , Biamp Tesira , Biamp Canvas , and Extron technologies will be highly regarded.
