Provide expert advice, resolve complex valuation issues and support consistent, high quality outcomes. Ideal for an experienced registered valuer who works autonomously and influences practice.

Responsibilities

- Support statutory land valuations across Queensland in line with legislative requirements.
- Provide assurance on valuation practices, ensuring consistency, accuracy and quality.
- Work autonomously to deliver assurance activities, provide guidance to valuers, investigate complex valuation issues and contribute to grievance resolution.
- Prepare Land Court briefs or provide expert evidence as required.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, local government and the public.
- Support innovation and improved practices,



contributing to productive and effective valuation outcomes.
- Deliver high‑quality assurance outcomes, sound decision‑making, strong stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities while meeting service standards.
