Role Description This part time remote role as an SEO Specialist / Content Editor focuses on optimizing and editing digital content to improve search visibility and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, conducting on-page SEO improvements, and carrying out regular SEO audits to identify technical and content-related issues.

The role involves monitoring performance with web analytics tools, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven adjustments to content and site structure. The SEO Specialist / Content Editor will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine content, support ethical link-building initiatives, and ensure that all materials meet quality, accessibility, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop SEO-focused content recommendations.
- Experience conducting SEO Audits to identify technical, structural, and content optimization opportunities.
- Knowledge of On-Page SEO best practices,



including metadata optimization, internal linking, and content structure.
- Familiarity with Link Building strategies aligned with search engine guidelines and organizational standards.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance and inform decisions.
- Strong content editing skills with attention to clarity, consistency, and inclusive language.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and current digital trends.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in en_US; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in digital marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
