Love working outdoors and take pride in keeping parks and public spaces looking their best? Join our Open Spaces team and help maintain the parks, reserves and recreational areas that our community enjoys every day. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll undertake a range of grounds maintenance activities, operate mowing equipment and contribute to the upkeep of Council’s open spaces
We’re looking for reliable and safety-focused team players with experience in open spaces, parks maintenance or related outdoor works. If you’re motivated, enjoy hands-on work and are committed to delivering quality outcomes for the community, we’d love to hear from you.
You will hold (or willing to obtain) a White Card, Traffic Controller ticket and Farm Chemical Users Certificate. You’ll also hold a current NSW Class C Driver Licence and be committed to delivering high-quality open space maintenance outcomes.
We Offer
- 2 x Permanent full-time opportunities, 38 hours per week with the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight
- Commencing salary range from $1160 - $1281 per week (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Plus 12% superannuation
