The Clean Energy Regulator is seeking a Senior HR Advisor – Performance and Conduct to provide expert guidance on the APS Code of Conduct, performance management and conduct matters across the agency.
You will undertake misconduct investigations, support underperformance processes, ensure procedural fairness, maintain case documentation, and collaborate with managers to improve policies and deliver timely HR advice while building robust stakeholder relationships.
