Occupational Therapist – Fyshwick

Are you an Occupational Therapist with around 2 years’ experience ready to take the next step in your career? At ORS, we offer the perfect balance of support, autonomy, and professional growth to help you build confidence and expand your clinical skills.

With continued national growth, we are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our welcoming Coburg team. You’ll be part of a large, collaborative network of over 120 OTs across Australia—giving you access to knowledge, support, and career pathways that accelerate your development.

About The Role

- Deliver therapy and assessments across a mixed caseload
- Work with participants across the lifespan
- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and reports
- Support Assistive Technology recommendations and interventions
- Develop skills in home modifications and complex cases (with support)
- Work across clinic, community, school, and home settings

- Regular supervision with experienced Senior OTs

Career Development

- Progress into a Senior Occupational Therapist role
- Develop clinical specialisations (paediatrics, mental health, home mods, assistive technology)
- Build skills in complex assessments and reporting
- Take on mentoring or supervision responsibilities over time

What You’ll Bring

- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Around 2+ years of clinical experience
- Passion for learning and developing your skills
- A commitment to person-centred care
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
