About This Opportunity

A great opportunity to join a world leader in the Dairy Industry as a Team Leader in our Blow Moulding Department. We are seeking an experienced Blow Mould Operator looking to advance into a leadership role, or an experienced hands‑on team leader with mechanical aptitude looking for a fresh opportunity.

About The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager and working collaboratively with other team leaders and departments, this is a hands‑on role supervising a production shift. Responsibilities include:

- Operating the blow‑moulders, labellers and associated equipment to required specifications and safety standards.
- Ensuring optimal operation of blow moulding machinery & bottle supply to production is maintained.
- Offer improvement strategies for the day‑to‑day running of the Blow Mould Department.
- Supervising the team ensuring work is completed on‑time and safely while following GMP requirements.
- Associated reporting and paperwork.

About You





- Previous Experience in Blow Moulding highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and/or a proactive willingness to learn.
- High attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality, hygiene, and safe work practices.
- Solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles (desirable).
- Clear communication supported by strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to follow procedures, complete quality checks, and perform repetitive or labour‑intensive tasks.
- Please note this is a night shift role.
