The Administrative Support Officer, Admissions plays an important role in supporting students as they commence or continue their university journey.
Responsibilities
- Process admission applications efficiently, accurately and timely in accordance with course rules, university policies and the Tertiary Admissions Centres requirements.
- Coordinate assessment and processing of credit applications from prospective and current students.
- Provide high‑level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Course Coordinators and faculty staff to support effective admission outcomes.
- Maintain an active, organised and team-oriented team environment.
Benefits
- Annual remuneration of $101,464 – $109,838 total remuneration (pro‑rata) per annum, including a salary component of $85,739 – $92,815 (pro‑rata).
