Demand Fulfilment Planner

The Demand Fulfilment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordination of allocating production supply to sales order demand and determining when sales orders can be shipped on a daily basis. This includes the determination of daily plans for sale order demands to be shipped as well as reviewing and setting future planned shipped dates for sales order demands based on inventory and production supply projections. To be successful in this role requires daily collaboration with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production Planners and Demand Planners, making timely decisions on sales order shipping plans to enable fulfilment of sales orders within target timeframes and volumes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the allocation of production supply and inventory to sales order demand.
- Determine daily shipment priorities and establish planned shipment dates for customer orders.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts across short-, medium-, and long‑term horizons.
- Align sales order demand with production plans to optimize service levels and operational efficiency.




- Identify potential demand and supply imbalances and proactively drive resolution plans with relevant stakeholders.
- Support and maintain forward planned dates for open sales orders based on evolving inventory and production projections.
- Monitor inventory levels and drive actions to improve utilization of unsold, unallocated, slow‑moving, and aged stock.
- Establish and maintain material stocking policies and communicate replenishment requirements to Procurement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure execution of demand and fulfillment plans.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in managing operational demand fulfilment.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding shipping and warehouse operations and constraints.
- Understanding of planning concepts.
- Demonstrated experience working with Sales teams.
