Practice Treatment Room Nurse - Enrolled/ Registered

As a Practice we pride ourselves in providing a personal and individualised approach to healthcare. The successful Nurse must be enthusiastic, vibrant and a strong team player who has a keen interest in General Practice Nursing and providing best possible patient outcomes. We are looking for a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our experienced team.

Working at St Agnes Surgery and Tea Tree Surgery, supported by our experienced Nurse leads, you will be inspired by their passion for primary health care!

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and IT skills, be honest, reliable and qualified.

We are looking for a nurse to work 3-4 days per week, and to be included on the Saturday morning roster. Flexibility to pick up additional hours for personal and holiday leave when necessary will be highly regarded. Prefer to be permanent? Just let us know!

We are a 7 day practice with Monday - Friday hours and Saturday mornings only - no Sunday or public holiday work!

Minimum 2 years experience in General Nursing

Current AHPRA registration

Current Drivers Licence (travel between locations may be required)

Current Working with Children Clearance

National Police Clearance

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all ages and social groups

A vigilant attitude to accuracy





Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively with the ability to prioritise and organise whilst maintaining attention to detail

Show Empathy and interest in the patient's needs

Best Practice software

Immunisation of children and adults

Wound Care Management

Sterilisation/ Infection Control and cold chain management

Health Assessments and care plans

Policy and Procedure Implementation

An interest in assisting in developing meaningful care plans, engaging in the CVC program and Senior's Health Assessments will all be highly regarded!
