CJD Equipment is on the lookout for a proactiveAdministration Manager to join ourDarwin Branch, NT.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a capable admin team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping, including reconciliations, invoicing, debt collection, and reporting.
- Manage equipment sales processing and ensure seamless financial operations.
- Deliver high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the National Finance & Admin Manager and Financial Controller to align strategy and execution.
- Ensure reception and front-of-house services are skilled and welcoming.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide timely financial insights and reports to support decision-making.
- Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

About You:

- Proven experience in admin/finance leadership, ideally in capital equipment, automotive, or similar industries.




- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to influence and inspire.
- Bookkeeping qualifications (desirable but not essential).
- A down-to-earth, team-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
