Anglicare Victoria in Sunshine, VIC is seeking a Senior Youth Outreach Worker to support young people in Residential Care who face complex substance use, mental health and life challenges. This 4-day-per-week, ongoing position blends therapeutic AOD practice with energetic outreach to reduce harms and build system capacity.

You will run AOD assessments, counselling and treatment planning, mentor Residential Care staff, and work with Child Protection, Youth Justice and health services to coordinate
