MACA seeks a Learning and Development (Training) Officer to lead planning, delivery, and tracking of in office training at the Gruyere mine. This permanent, full-time role follows a FIFO roster (4:3, 4:3, 8:6) and involves coordinating training calendars, scheduling, and onboarding across multiple stakeholders.

You will ensure compliance with company and client requirements, manage training logistics, and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and documentation within MACA's mining
