Nestlé Gympie Factory is seeking a experienced production leader to supervise a team of operators in a 24/7 coffee production line, including NESCAFE and INTERNATIONAL ROAST. You will drive continuous improvement, safety, quality, and cost objectives while applying standard routines and problem‑solving tools.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will champion Lean manufacturing, mentor a multi‑skilled team, and coordinate shift coverage (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off) to meet daily production
