About the role

In the role of Adviser Support , you will join our Canberra team to work with Australia’s most successful families, corporates and for‑purpose organisations to help protect and grow their wealth and realise their legacies.

Responsibilities

- Strengthen client relationships through exceptional communication, meaningful engagement, and deep rapport‑building.
- Support advisers by applying critical thinking and contributing to portfolio insights, investment analysis, and strategic recommendations for high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients.
- Safeguard the business by proactively managing risk and ensuring full compliance across investment‑related activities.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the advice and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows and optimise processes.
- Act as the central point of coordination by managing schedules, streamlining activities, and keeping everything running efficiently.

Qualifications





- A strong interest in investments, portfolio construction, and market strategy, with relevant education or experience (finance, economics, accounting, or investment‑related fields) advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in Wealth Management, including administrative support, governance, and familiarity with investment processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated client‑service ethic.
- High accuracy, accountability, and efficiency, with the ability to plan, prioritise and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word), solid rapport‑building skills, and ideally familiarity with JBWere systems, processes, and structure.
