Job Title

Chef de Partie – TRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide

Responsibilities

- Run the day‑to‑day operation of the kitchen, assisting with menu planning and design in collaboration with the Head Chef.
- Prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with food hygiene and health & safety standards, including HACCP principles and local catering guidelines.
- Place highest importance on food safety and hygiene of preparation.
- Minimize food wastage and strive to increase food knowledge and skills.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience and give input on menus, rosters, and other team issues.
- Audit kitchen stock & grocery lines daily and order stock as required.
- Coordinate tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high standard of service throughout the day.

- Relevant trade qualifications.
- Previous Food & Beverage experience in a hotel or resort environment.
